Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of registration by consular establishments of the Russian Federation of the children who are citizens of the Russian Federation and adopted by foreign citizens or stateless persons, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2000 No. 275 (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 15, Art. 1590; 2005, No. 11, the Art. 950), and in Regulations on activities of bodies and the organizations of foreign states for adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation and control of its implementation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 4, 2006 No. 654 (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 46, Art. 4801; 2008, No. 50, Art. 5958; 2009, No. 17, Art. 2098).
