About requisition procedure on issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting by means of electronic means of remote transfer

1. Approve the Instruction about requisition procedure on issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting by means of electronic means of remote transfer according to appendix.

2. Determine that in case of submission of requests for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting by means of electronic means of remote transfer taxpayers can use the automated information system "Online Order of Standard Forms" ("Comandarea on-line a formularelor tipizate") which is referred to as with also electronic service "Online Order" ("Comanda on-line") as alternative method.

3. In case of application for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting the taxpayer can use only one method of submission of requests - electronic, available by means of the electronic service "Online Order", or method of submission of requests on paper.

4. By means of the electronic service "Online Order" the taxpayer can order the following standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting:

a) act of purchase of goods;

b) act of purchase of services in letting of property and related expenses;

c) receipt;

d) the receipt on acceptance of non-tax payments (1-SF);

e) the receipt on acceptance of tax payments (2-SF);

f) delivery note and appendix to delivery note;
