About public and private partnership for dialysis services

Based on Items and), b) and e) article 11 of the Law No. 179-XVI of July 10, 2008 on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 165-166, Art. 605), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 on health protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, the Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, and according to the Order of the Government No. 424 of June 6, 2012. "About approval of services of dialysis for public and private partnership" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 126-129, the Art. 462) the Government DECIDES:

1. Offer the services of dialysis provided by dialysis divisions (centers) in public medical and sanitary organizations for public and private partnership.

2. Approve the purposes and conditions of public and private partnership for dialysis services, and also general requirements to selection of the private partner (are attached).

3. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection in coordination with bodies of local public authority to provide proper holding procedure of the choice of the private partner in compliance with the Regulations on standard procedures and general terms of selection of the private partner approved by the Order of the Government No. 476 of July 4, 2012, to sign the agreement on public and private partnership, and also to perform monitoring of its implementation.

4. The national company of medical insurance annually to sign the service provision agreement of dialysis within compulsory medical insurance.
