About change and amendment of the Order of the Main state tax authorities of the Republic of Moldova of April 19, 2012 No. 284

Based on Art. 133 of the h. (1) the item c) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of February 8, 2007, p. 4), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. The order GGNI No. 284 of April 19, 2012. "About departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 99-102, 645) to change and add as follows:

a) in Item 14 of the Instruction on procedure for departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions (further - the Instruction), the word "Appendix" to replace with syntagma "Appendix No. 1";

b) in Item 58 of the Instruction syntagma "it will be determined according to the procedure, established by the State tax authorities together with the operator and participants of AIS SOED" to replace with syntagma "it will be carried out on the basis of procedures for ensuring continuous functionality of the automated information system of creation and turnover of the electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions provided in appendix No. 2 to this Instruction which are obligatory for financial institutions of the State Tax Administration and the operator".

c) in heading of appendix to the Instruction to replace the word "Appendix" with syntagma "Appendix No. 1";

d) add the instruction with appendix No. 2 according to appendix to the provided order.
