Rules of creation and approval of the plan of financial and economic activities of federal state budgetary institution "National research center "Kurchatov Institute";

Rules of creation and approval of the report on results of activities of federal state budgetary institution "The national research center "Kurchatov Institute" and about use of the federal property assigned to it.

2. Determine that the amount of payment for legal entities and physical persons for services (works) relating to core activities of federal state budgetary institution "The national research center "Kurchatov Institute" (further - the center), rendered (carried out) by it over the established state task, and also in the cases provided by the Federal Laws within the established state task is determined by the center on the basis of calculation of economically reasonable costs necessary for rendering (accomplishment) of the specified services (works) taking into account requirements to their quality and market situation.

On separate paid services (works), rendering (accomplishment) which has one-time (non-standard) character (including on accomplishment of the research and development works relating to core activities of the center), the payment can be determined on the basis of the cost of normo-hour, regulations of time, one-time costing in coordination with the customer or proceeding from market value.
