2. To committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop Regulations on the biospheric wildlife reserve Ramit and to provide in accordance with the established procedure for approval to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat to allocate from the state land fund and the state forest fund to the population of villages Gods of Miri, Yafrak, Novaki Poyon and Langar Dzhamoata of villages "Ramit" of the city of Vahdat which are in zone of the biospheric wildlife reserve Ramit, the land area for the organization of pastures.
