Procedure for social servicing at home (exit social servicing)

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared according to article 19.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social servicing" and regulates questions of social servicing at home (exit social servicing) the lonely elderly people who are not living in one settlement with able-bodied relatives or legal representatives and needing social servicing, elderly spouses, disabled people, persons who are at terminal (final) stage of disease.
