Rather some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of acts of civil status

According to Articles 7, of 14, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status" and Articles 38, of 40, 165 Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine, and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of acts of civil status which are attached.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 1, 2003 No. 148/5 "About approval of Rules of filling of forms of assembly records of civil status and certificates which are granted based on committed assembly records, in state bodies of civil registration in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2003 for No. 1100/8421.

3. To department of interaction with authorities (N.O.'s Bull-trouts) to provide this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
