2) in Rules of subsidizing of cost of universal services of the telecommunications approved by the specified resolution:
appendices 1, 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 2, 3 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
