4. Agree with the offer of joint-stock company "The KazMunaiGas national company about transfer of the building of the National museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the parcel of land after acceptance of object by the state inspection in republican property according to the gift agreement.
5. To transfer to committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after signing of the delivery-acceptance certificate of property in the procedure established by the legislation the building of the National museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the parcel of land to balance of organization.
6. To provide to committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
