3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Government commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity.
4. Provide to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure offers on introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with the publication of this resolution.
5. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
