About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning carrying out competitive selection of capacity for 2014

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning carrying out competitive selection of capacity for 2014.

2. When carrying out competitive selection of capacity for 2014 and forming of its results:

a) determine values of coefficients of reservation in zones of free overflow of the second price zone of the wholesale market by increase in the corresponding values determined for competitive selection of capacity for 2013 at 8 percent;

b) bring in 3-day time from the effective date of the regulatory legal acts containing the data obligatory for publication by preparation of carrying out competitive selection of capacity, corresponding changes in information published before carrying out competitive selection of capacity;

c) exclude from structure of information published before carrying out competitive selection of capacity, the requirement to technical parameters of the generating equipment in Power pool system of Russia in general and in zones of free overflow from the list of information specified by the supplier in the price request - technical characteristics and parameters of the generating object;

d) not consider technical characteristics and parameters of the generating objects when carrying out competitive selection of capacity.
