Approve the enclosed changes which are made to standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2004 No. 24 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 4, Art. 282; 2010, No. 33, Art. 4431; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008).

Changes which are made to standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy

1. The sixteenth the subitem "b" of Item 11 to replace the paragraph with the text of the following content:

"about availability of amount of the transformer capacity, free for technological joining of consumers, with indication of the current amount of free capacity on the centers of food of 35 kV and above;

since October 1, 2013 - about availability of amount of the transformer capacity, free for technological joining of consumers, on substations and distribution points below 35 kV with differentiation on all levels of tension;".

2. Item 11 (to state 2) in the following edition:

"11(2). Information concerning substations and distribution points below 35 kV with differentiation on tension levels specified in subitems "v" and "d" of Item 11 of this document is provided to the consumer within 7 days from the date of receipt of the corresponding written request.

Till October 1, 2013 information specified in the paragraph the seventeenth the subitem "b" of Item 11 of this document is provided to the consumer within 7 days from the date of receipt of the corresponding written request.".
