Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning financial and economic reasons for the solutions proposed to acceptance by the project of regulatory legal act

In Rules of preparation of regulatory legal acts of the federal executive bodies and their state registration approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 1997 No. 1009 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 33, Art. 3895; 2010, No. 21, Art. 2602; 2011, No. 9, Art. 1251; No. 29, Art. 4472; 2012, No. 1, Art. 148; No. 19, Art. 2419; No. 38, Art. 5102; No. 52, Art. 7491):

a) the fourth Item 3 to declare the paragraph invalid;

b) add with Items 3 (2) and 3(3) following contents:

"3(2). The project of the regulatory legal act exerting impact on the income or expenses of the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation is subject to the direction with financial and economic reasons for the solutions proposed to acceptance by the specified project of regulatory legal act in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the conclusion in which assessment of financial effects of adoption of relevant decisions for the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation is given.
