According to part four of article 79 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, Item 2 parts three, part four of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine" ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of services on ensuring carrying out wrecking which is applied.
2. To provide to department of state policy in industry of sea and river transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure and its promulgation on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
