About approval of expense budget and the staff list of Youth fund in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of Youth fund under the Ministry of youth and sport of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 19, 2011" of December 29, 2012 the No. 801 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 542:

1. Approve "Expense budget of Youth fund in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2013" (appendix No. 1).

2. Approve "The staff list of Youth fund in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (appendix No. 2).

3. Provide maintenance costs of Youth fund in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic until the end of the current year at the expense of means in 2139, of 7 thousand manats which remained unused of 5, 0 million manats which were allocated with the order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 2, 2012 to No. 2072 of the Reserve fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic provided in the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2012, and since 2014 - within the means provided for this purpose in centralized expenses of the government budget in the auxiliary Section "The Activities Which Are Not Relating to Other Kategoryam" of the Section "Activities in the field of Culture, Arts, Information, Physical Culture and Not Belonging to Other Kategoryam" of functional classification.
