About measures for the organization of activities of the International institute of solar energy

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 1, 2013 No. PP-1929 "About creation of the International institute of solar energy" and for the purpose of providing the effective organization of activities of the International institute of solar energy, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that the Asian Development Bank (ADB) within the joint project with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the International institute of solar energy (further - Institute) in Tashkent provides non-paid technical assistance for total amount 3, to 0 million US dollars.

2. Agree with the offer of Council of Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and SAC of Uzbekenergo about organization of Institute as independent legal entity in the form of limited liability company.

 Determine that:

initial founders of Institute are Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the share in authorized fund in the amount of 51 percent created at the expense of the transferred building, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Bodomzor of yula, 2 "B", the case 2, and SAC of Uzbekenergo with the share of 49 percent created at the expense of money, the equipment and other necessary property transferred to Institute;

the international and foreign government organizations, financial institutions, funds, the scientific and research centers, investors, the companies and other interested structures can also be further part of founders of Institute, with the corresponding increase in authorized capital of Institute.

 Grant the right to Council of Institute to bring, in process of involvement of new founders, change in the size and structure of authorized capital of Institute.
