About approval of forms of resolutions on imposing of penalties

According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them" and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) form of the resolution on imposing of penalty on the subject of managing for trade in the territory of Ukraine in jewelry and household products from precious metals which have no print of the state assay brand or have print of the counterfeited state assay brand;

2) form of the resolution on imposing of penalty on the subject of managing for failure to carry out of legal requirements of the officials of the Public assay service of Ukraine directed to elimination of violations of the law of Ukraine which regulates procedure of transactions with precious metals, gemstones and products from them, or creation of obstacles for activities of officials of the Public assay service of Ukraine;

3) form of the resolution on imposing of penalty on the subject of managing for implementation of transactions with precious metals, gemstones and products from them without obligatory registration in the Public assay service of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 14, 2003 No. 499 "About approval of form of the resolution on imposing of penalty", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2003 for No. 744/8065.
