About approval of the Accounting treatment, creation and maintaining the register of subjects of managing which perform transactions with precious metals and gemstones

According to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them" and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Accounting treatment, creations and maintaining the register of subjects of managing which perform transactions with precious metals and gemstones (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Subjects of managing which about day of the introduction in operation of this order performed transactions with precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones according to Item 1.2 of the Section I of the Procedure shall within three months from the date of the introduction in operation of this order file in the Public assay service of Ukraine petitions for entering into the register of subjects of managing which perform transactions with precious metals and gemstones.

3. To department of state policy in the field of assay supervision, documents of the strict reporting and lottery activities of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Klepchukov V. P.) and to Department of assay control and control and supervising work of the Public assay service of Ukraine (Biryukov O. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
