This Procedure determines general procedure of the organization and carrying out selection, approval and registration of investment projects in priority industries of economy for which realization the state support according to the Law of Ukraine "About stimulation of investing activities in priority industries of economy for the purpose of creation of new workplaces" is provided (further - investment projects).

Subjects of managing which intend to provide projects for participation in selection of investment projects in priority industries of economy (further - selection) represent to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations the statement together with the following documents:
