About measures for the organization of the state unitary enterprise "Recreation park "Shavat" in the city of Urgench

For the purpose of further enhancement of the organization and management of works on improvement of Urgench, and also effective use of the objects located on the bank of Shavat channel by creation of the single welfare complex oriented to satisfaction of cultural and entertaining requirements of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Khorezm region, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of cases of culture and sport and Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

creation of the Park of Culture and rest Shavat in the form of the state unitary enterprise under khokimiyat of the city of Urgench (further - SUE Shavat);

 to voluntary conveyance on the right of operational management of newly created objects of social infrastructure and the territories according to the Actions for updating of architectural appearance, development of social and market infrastructure of Urgench for 2013 - 2017 approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 6, 2012 No. PP-1874.

2. Determine that the main objectives created SUE Shavat are:

 providing qualitative content and operation of the objects and the territories located on the bank of Shavat channel in the city of Urgench transferred to it according to town-planning and sanitary standards and rules; gardening of the park territory SUE Shavat, holding agrotechnical actions for content (care) of green plantings, fight against their wreckers and diseases;

content, running repair and other works on operation of networks of outside illumination of the territory SUE Shavat with implementation of the modern equipment and technologies for the purpose of economy of electrical energy;

sanitary cleaning of subjects to improvement taking into account seasonal requirements; rendering cultural and entertaining services to the population.

3. Approve:

 organizational structure SUE Shavat according to appendix No. 1;
