About measures for implementation of the investment project "Expansion of Production Capacities with Installation Construction for Pumping Out of Liquid Steel with Reconstruction of the Aggregate of Complex Processing of Steel"
For the purpose of providing associativity of production capacities of steel-smelting production and on this basis of increasing the product range and increase in the export potential of JSC Uzmetkombinat the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that within implementation of the investment project "Expansion of Production Capacities with Installation Construction for Pumping Out of Liquid Steel with Reconstruction of the Aggregate of Complex Processing of Steel":
the feasibility statement on the investment project with total cost of capital investments in the amount equivalent 17, of 094 million US dollars is developed, and its expertize in authorized bodies is in accordance with the established procedure carried out;
following the results of tenders the contract with the ADREM INVEST SRL company (Romania) of January 18, 2013 for No. 197/11-2013 of on the amount 13, in 1 million US dollars on delivery of technology and processing equipment, is signed with performance of works on supervision of erection, commissioning and personnel training.
2. Approve the key feasibility studies technical and economic parameters of the investment project with the term of commissioning of the facility in the IV quarter 2013 according to appendix.
3. Determine sources of financing of the investment project:
"Expansion of production capacities with installation construction for pumping out of liquid steel with reconstruction of the aggregate of complex processing of steel":
own means of JSC Uzmetkombinat in the amount equivalent 8, 1 million US dollars;
the loan of AKIB "Ipoteka bank" for the amount 9, one million US dollars granted for a period of 5 years, including grace period - 1 year, with interest rate of 8,0 of annual interest rates.
