1. Approve the State strategy "Information and communication technologies for development of the Republic of Tajikistan" it (is applied).

2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan according to provisions of the State strategy "Information and communication technologies for development of the Republic of Tajikistan" to accept package of measures for its realization:

- develop and adopt step-by-step development programs of information and communication technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- resolve the organizational, financial and other matters following from the State strategy;

- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan.
