In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About use of the principle of "one window" in management of migratory processes" of March 4, 2009 No. 69 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 3, Article 161; 2011, No. 6, Article 509) to make the following changes:

1. Add Item 3.5-1 of the following content:
