About approval of the Regulations on requirements to standard (standard) form of production of bill forms

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the circulation of bills of exchange in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve Regulations on requirements to standard (standard) form of production of bill forms which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2001 No. 338 "About approval of the Regulations on requirements to standard (standard) form of production of bill forms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 11, 2002 on No. 360/6648.

3. Distribution of bill forms between legal entities and physical persons is performed by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks.

4. Use of bill forms for which complex system of protection the holographic protective element is used to perform before their final use.

5. Corporate management department and corporate finances (A. Papaik) to provide submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. To provide to management of information technologies, external and internal communications (A.Zaik):

promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market;

publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
