According to Items 9 and 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the conducting checks of activities of issuers of securities approved by the solution of NKTsBFR of September 4, 2012 No. 1178, No. 1643/21955, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 24, 2012 which are applied.

2. Department of control and legal work (A. Misyur) to provide:

submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of information technologies, external and internal communications (A.Zaik) publication of this decision in the official NKTsBFR printing publication and promulgation on the NKTsBFR official website.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of NKTsBFR E.Voropayev.
