Approve Changes in the Procedure for submission of regulatory legal acts on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the carrying out their state registration approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 12, 2005 No. 34/5 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 15, 2013 No. 883/5) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2005 for No. 81/10661, which are applied.
2. Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district and interdistrict justice department to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this order.
3. Department of registration and systematization of regulations, right educational activities (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Yemelyanov I. I.
