According to the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine "About militia", "About pre-trial detention" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations in temporary detention centers of the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 2, 2008 No. 638, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2009 for No. 137/16153 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (the Shouter A.A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister militia lieutenant general Ratushnyak V. I.
