About modification of the regulatory legal act

According to the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 to No. 2850-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather authorized capital", the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 4, 2001 No. 1179 "About creation of economic societies to which authorized funds are contributed the property located in the territory of Ukraine, property rights and other assets of the companies, organizations, organizations of the former allied subordination", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 19, 2001 for No. 607/5798, such changes:

1) in heading and the text of the order of the word "authorized capital" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "authorized capital" in the corresponding cases and numbers;

2) in Item 1 of the word "Management of the Interstate Property Relations and Property Abroad" shall be replaced with words "Management of the interstate property relations and investing activities", and "both Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words words ", Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia";
