According to the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 to No. 1058 "About approval of the actions plan on implementation of the Concept of the state migration policy", for the purpose of establishing interdepartmental interaction on holding actions for implementation of supervision and control of compliance with law in the migratory sphere we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for holding actions for implementation of supervision and control of compliance with law in the migratory sphere which is applied.
2. According to the powers in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to issue administrative documents on holding actions for implementation of supervision and control of compliance with law in the migratory sphere (further - actions).
3. To deputy managers of the relevant central executive bodies responsible for the organization of holding actions to provide:
3.1. Accomplishment of the actions provided by this Procedure.
3.2. Representation annually till December 10 to the Public migratory service of Ukraine of the report on holding actions for generalization of their results and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
