According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve forms of certificates of the salary which are applied:

the form of the certificate of salary components (official pay rate, the allowance for rank or qualification classes, either the class rank, or special ranks, or diplomatic rank, the allowance (remuneration) for long service), moves for award of pension according to the Law of Ukraine "About public service";

the paragraph third is excluded;

the paragraph the fourth is excluded.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 30, 2008 No. 19-11 "About approval of forms of certificates of the salary which move for purpose (recalculation) of pension according to the Law of Ukraine "About public service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 4, 2008 at No. 1161/15852.

3. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
