1. Take into consideration that:

Council of chief executives of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) approves on May 19, 2013 financing of the third and fourth airplanes "Boing-767-300ER" within implementation of the investment project "Updating and unification of the park of aircrafts NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari for the total amount of 170 million US dollars for a period of 12 years, on conditions "Sale (purchase) and the return leasing";

the Boeing company within the project delivered NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari the third airplane in May, 2013 and expressed readiness to deliver in June, 2013 the constructed and fourth airplane "Boing-767-300ER" ready for operation after receipt of payment of cost of this airplane;

 considering covering of cost of acquired airplanes by financial means of IBR, the Boeing company guarantees return of the advance and deliverable payments which are earlier paid NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari in the amount of 60, to 63 million US dollars.

2. Approve the procedure for financing of acquisition of the third and fourth airplanes "Boing-767-300ER" approved with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari, IBR and the Boeing company according to appendices No. No. 1 and 1a.

3. Determine that:

the executive body responsible for target and effective use of financial resources of IBR, NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari is;
