About approval of changes and amendments in Rules of National securities depository of Moldova

Based on Art. 8 of the item b) the Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "About the National commission on the financial market" (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS) and Art. 41 of the h. (5) the Law No. 199-XIV of 18.11.1998 "About the security market" (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 183-185, by the Art. 655) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve changes and amendments in the Rules of National securities depository of Moldova accepted at extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of National securities depository of Moldova (the protocol No. 2/2013AG of 23:08. 2013), according to appendix.

2. Within 60 days from the date of entry into force of provisions of this resolution to National securities depository of Moldova to provide to the National commission on the financial market for approval the regulating regulations relating to the analytical account including procedure for its opening and closing.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
