1. Approve the enclosed list of personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks.
2. To provide to management of personnel service of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) in accordance with the established procedure official publication of this order;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since November 25, 2013 and is subject to official publication.
