About the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations
For the purpose of enhancement of structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:
1. Form the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations.
2. Determine that:
a) management of activities of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation;
b) the head of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations is appointed to position by the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination with the President of the Russian Federation.
3. Bring in the structure of federal executive bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2012 No. 636 "About structure of federal executive bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 22, Art. 2754; No. 27, Art. 3674; 2013, No. 12, Art. 1247; No. 26, Art. 3314; No. 30, Art. 4086; with No. 35, the Art. 4503), change, having added the Section III "The Federal Services and federal agencies which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation" after words Federal Space Agency of words "Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations".
