About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2010 No. 636

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2010 No. 636 "About requirements to terms of the contract on power service and about features of determination of the starting (maximum) price of the contract (lot price) for power service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 34, the Art. 4488).

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation with participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve in 6-month time determination technique by settlement and measuring method of amount of consumption of energy resource in kind for realization of the following events directed to energy saving and increase in energy efficiency:

actions for increase in energy efficiency of systems of internal and outside lighting;

actions for increase in energy efficiency of use of electric motors, including as a part of technological complexes (pumping, compressor and other);

actions for increase in energy efficiency of systems of heat supply of buildings, structures and constructions.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
