1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety.
2. To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within 6 months from the date of adoption of this resolution to approve:
the list of the objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles referred to the first category on which remote observation of execution of requirements in the field of transport safety using audio-and video systems is performed, stipulated in Item 8 Provisions, approved by this resolution;
the paragraph third ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.08.2014 No. 851
