About application of special protective measure by means of introduction of the special duty concerning ware table and kitchen of porcelain, imported on single customs area of the Customs union

According to article 7 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008, based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market and after consultations with the Advisory committee on trade the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply special protective measure by means of introduction of 28 September of 2016 inclusive of the special duty in sizes according to appendix to the ware imported on single customs area of the Customs union table and kitchen of porcelain, classified by the FEACN CU code 6911 10 000 0.

For the purposes of application of the specified special protective measure the goods are determined by the FEACN CU code.

2. Determine that the special protective measure provided by this Decision does not extend to the goods specified in Item 1 of this Decision coming from developing countries – users of system of tariff preferences of the Customs union, except for People's Republic of China.

3. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federal Customs Service collection of the special duty provided by this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective on September 29, 2013.
