Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, the Art. 6022).

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075

1. Add Item 5 with subitems "v" and "g" of the following content:

"c) the organizations performing regulated types of activity in the field of heat supply till November 1, 2013 have the right to submit the application for the choice of method of economically reasonable expenses (costs) for 2014;

d) in case of establishment of rates in the field of heat supply for 2014 the method of economically reasonable expenses (costs) is applied by regulating authority without requirements of Item 17 of the Bases of pricing in the field of heat supply approved by this resolution taking into account the statement of the regulated organization.".

2. Add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. To regulating authorities to consider the applications provided by the subitem "v" of Item 5 of this resolution and to make decisions on the choice of method of regulation till November 15, 2013".
