About modification of Item 19 of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation

1. Paragraph one of Item 19 of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 1997 No. 828 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 28, Art. 3444; 2006, No. 52, of the Art. 5596) to state in the following edition:
"19. The passport of the died citizen is given in the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status in the territory of the Russian Federation for the place of state registration of death for the direction in territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service in the place of state registration of death of the citizen in the territory of the Russian Federation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of July 23, 2013 No. 242-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Acts of Civil Status".
