About increase in salaries of monthly monetary pay of persons replacing positions of Federal public civil service

Determine that in case of increase in salaries of monthly monetary pay of federal government civil servants, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, the sizes of monthly salaries of federal government civil servants according to the positions of Federal public civil service replaced by them, the sizes of monthly salaries of federal government civil servants according to the class ranks of the public civil service of the Russian Federation (diplomatic ranks, class ranks of justice) appropriated to them, and also the amount of monthly and other additional payments is subject to rounding to the whole ruble towards increase.

3. To the government of the Russian Federation to perform financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year.
