About measures for implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about construction and operation of the Upper and Naryn cascade of hydroelectric power stations

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about construction and operation of the Upper and Naryn cascade of hydroelectric power stations signed on September 20, 2012 in the city of Bishkek, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Transfer the parcels of land specified in appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution to category of "The earth of the industry, transport, communication, defense and other appointment".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the plenipotentiary of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region entering of corresponding changes into land and accounting documentation.

3. Transfer to Power plants open joint stock company right to use by the parcels of land in the Naryn district of the Naryn region specified in Item 1 of this resolution for construction of priority projects of the Upper and Naryn cascade of hydroelectric power stations and the subsequent introduction it as part of contribution to the authorized capital of "Upper and Naryn Hydroelectric Power Stations" private company.

4. To Power plants open joint stock company to make as part of contribution to the authorized capital of "Upper and Naryn Hydroelectric Power Stations" private company right to use by the parcels of land specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
