About approval of the Regulations on return to the Kyrgyz Republic of children citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, without parental support and being outside the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on return to the Kyrgyz Republic of children citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, without parental support and being outside the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually to provide in the budget of the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic financial resources on return of children citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, without parental support and being outside the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and other interested state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
