About provision of post-contact prevention of HIV infection by stations and departments of ambulance of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve enclosed:

program of seminar "Post-contact prevention of HIV infection" (appendix 1), list of trainers (appendix 2), accounting and reporting documentation: register (appendix 3), instruction for filling of the magazine (appendix 4), form of the monthly reporting (appendix 5).

2. To the CEO of RMITs (Murzakarimova L.K.) make corresponding changes to the statistic report (form No. 40 quarter, semi-annual and annual) the center of the emergency help.

Term: till November 1, 2013.

3. To the CEO of RTs "AIDS" (Chokmorova U. Zh.):
