About enhancement of the organization of management and use of radio-frequency range

implementation of international cooperation in the field of use of radio-frequency range, protection of national interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations for planning, appointment and use of radio frequencies;

the organization of monitoring of compliance with law about radio-frequency range, development and acceptance of the complex system measures directed to protection of the rights and legitimate interests of users of radio-frequency range;

studying of the best foreign practices of use of modern technologies in the field of regulation and use of radio-frequency range, creation and development of single automated control system in this sphere;

 protection of the rights and legitimate interests of users of radio-frequency range.

3. Approve:

Structure of Republican council on radio frequencies according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on Republican council on radio frequencies according to appendix No. 2.
