For the purpose of transport service of activities of management of the supreme bodies of judicial authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for economy of means of the government budget due to reducing office and motor transport on duty state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2011 No. 767 the following amendments:
1) the paragraph third item 4 after the words "behind management of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with words "the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic,";
Appendix 1 to the above-named resolution to add 2) with paragraphs chetvertymsedmy the following content:
"chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;
chairman of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;
vice-chairmen of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;
vice-chairman of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
