1. Establish extreme value of the starting (maximum) price of the contract (lot price) in case of which exceeding cannot be subject of one contract (one lot) medicines with different international non-proprietary names or in the absence of such names with chemical, grouping names, in the amount of (except as specified, specified in Item 2 of this resolution):

1 million rubles - for customers who have amount of money of the medicines allocated for purchase in prior year, made less than 500 million rubles;

2, 5 million rubles - for customers who have amount of money of the medicines allocated for purchase in prior year, constituted from 500 million rubles to 5 billion rubles;

5 million rubles - for customers who have amount of money of the medicines allocated for purchase in prior year, constituted more than 5 billion rubles.

2. Establish extreme value of the starting (maximum) price of the contract (lot price) in the amount of 1 thousand rubles if subject of one contract (one lot) along with other medicine (other medicines) is supply of the following medicines:

medicine with the international non-proprietary name (in the absence of such name - with the chemical, grouping name) within which there are no medicines, registered in accordance with the established procedure similar on dosage form and dosage;

narcotic medicine;

psychotropic medicine;

radio pharmaceutical medicine.
