3. To the director of logistics of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine:

provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

in a month from the date of entry into force of this order to create and provide functioning of security service of traffic of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.
