1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration in administrative authority of the physical persons and legal entities performing artificial animal husbandry which types are included in appendices І and the II Conventions on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 19, 2012 No. 17-03/369 "About approval of Rules of registration in administrative authority of the physical persons and legal entities performing artificial animal husbandry which types are included in appendices І and the II Convention on international trade in types of wild fauna and the flora which is under the threat of disappearance" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7847, "The Kazakhstan truth" of 26.09.2012 No. 326-327 is published (27145-27146).

3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
