About approval of Qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 3 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About law-enforcement service" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the head of the department of personnel work to take measures to state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To inform all staff of bodies, departments and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of personnel work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
